Position - Warehouse Manager

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or third-party logistics (3PL).

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound (receiving) and outbound (dispatch) processes.

* Handle both B2B and B2C warehouse operations efficiently.

* Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain high stock accuracy.

* Plan and execute regular cycle counts and periodic stock audits.

* Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, and dispatch timelines.

* Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.

* Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs and operational best practices.

* Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, statutory requirements, and housekeeping norms (5S).

* Coordinate with procurement, operations, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth warehouse functioning.

* Manage warehouse manpower, including supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse associates.

* Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.

* Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.

* Work on WMS/ERP systems for inventory tracking, reporting, and process control.

* Ensure proper documentation for inward, outward, returns, and stock movements.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.

* Excellent understanding of inventory control and stock reconciliation.

* Experience in handling large warehouse operations.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Supply Chain Management is an added advantage).

* Experience in managing large-scale warehouses with high daily order volumes.

* Knowledge of warehouse compliance, safety regulations, and audit processes.

Candidate Profile

We require an experienced Warehouse Manager who can independently manage a large warehouse and take complete ownership of operations. The candidate should be capable of handling inventory, manpower, compliance, audits, B2B and B2C operations, process improvements, and daily warehouse activities while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
