Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Stock Incharge to manage warehouse stock operations, inventory control, and dispatch processes efficiently. The candidate should have strong knowledge of stock handling, reconciliation, warehouse discipline, and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse stock operations and inventory control.
• Handle inward, outward, dispatch, and GRN processes accurately.
• Maintain stock records and ensure proper reconciliation of inventory.
• Conduct physical stock verification and support audit activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO processes.
• Coordinate with transporters and internal departments for smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain stock entries in ERP/WMS systems.
• Prepare inventory and stock reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure warehouse discipline, safety, and operational efficiency.

Required Skill Set:

• Good knowledge of warehouse stock management and inventory control.
• Experience in inward, outward, and stock reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems for stock maintenance.
• Understanding of dispatch management, GRN, and inventory documentation.
• Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO inventory methods.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic to advanced MS Excel knowledge and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage warehouse operations efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
• Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, pharma, or logistics warehouse operations preferred.
• Practical experience in physical stock verification and audit handling.
• Candidates with experience in medicine/pharma warehouses will be given first preference.

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.

Salary: As per industry standards

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
