Supervisor/Incharge

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding activities at our refinery project. The ideal candidate will ensure that scaffolding work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities.
• Allocate work to scaffolders and monitor productivity.
• Ensure all scaffolding complies with safety standards and project requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings before the start of work.
• Coordinate with site engineers, construction teams, and HSE personnel to meet project schedules.
• Inspect scaffolding materials and ensure proper usage and storage.
• Maintain records of scaffolding work, manpower attendance, and daily progress.
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented immediately.
• Ensure all workers use appropriate PPE and follow refinery safety procedures.
• Report daily progress, delays, incidents, and material requirements to the Site In-Charge or Project Manager.
• Monitor housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and guide scaffolders on safe work practices and quality standards.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems such as Tube & Fitting, Cuplock, Ringlock, or Modular Scaffolding.
• Good understanding of refinery safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting.
