Civil Design Engineer

Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings, layouts, and design calculations.

Develop and review construction drawings, including foundation, RCC, steel, and architectural coordination drawings.

Perform design calculations in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and project teams to ensure design integration.

Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quantity estimates, and technical specifications.

Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve technical issues.

Assist in value engineering and optimization of designs to reduce project costs.

Support tender preparation by providing technical inputs and reviewing contractor submissions.

Coordinate with authorities and consultants for design approvals where required.

Prepare revisions and as-built drawings based on site changes.

Maintain proper documentation and version control of design drawings and calculations.

Identify and resolve design clashes through coordination meetings and drawing reviews.

Provide technical support to site engineers during project execution.

Ensure timely completion of design deliverables as per project schedules.
