Job Title: Personal Assistant (Travel & Lifestyle) to Managing Director
Location: Goa
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in managing daily tasks, travel, and lifestyle arrangements. This role offers exposure to a premium and fast-paced lifestyle environment. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning travel (flights, luxury hotels, transport, itineraries)
- Manage daily schedule, meetings, and reminders
- Handle bookings for restaurants, events, and premium venues
- Coordinate with hotels, travel agencies, and service providers
- Run personal and office errands as required
- Handle calls, messages, and basic correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile apps
- Presentable and professional behavior
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Flexible with work timings
