Job Vacancy – Accountant (Builder Office)

📍 Location: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an Accountant ( Specialisation in Builder / Construction Accounts) for our builder office.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in Builder / Real Estate Accounting

• Qualification: B.Com (Accounts preferred)

• Experience in construction / builder accounts

• Candidate should be from Navi Mumbai area only

🧾 Accountant Job Role – Builder Office

1. Daily Accounting Entries

Maintain daily cash, bank, and journal entries in accounting software (Tally / ERP).

2. Project-wise Accounts

Maintain separate accounts for each project (land cost, construction cost, expenses, income).

3. Customer Payment Records

Track flat booking payments, installments, and outstanding balances from customers.

4. Vendor & Contractor Payments

Handle payments to contractors, suppliers, and labour and maintain their ledgers.

5. GST & Tax Work

Prepare GST entries, invoices, and assist in GST filing with CA.

6. Billing & Receipts

Generate customer invoices, receipts, and payment schedules.

7. Bank Reconciliation

Match bank statements with company accounts regularly.

8. Expense Management

Maintain records of site expenses, office expenses, and material purchases.

9. Financial Reports

Prepare monthly reports for management about project income and expenses.

10. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain agreements, payment records, and financial documents properly.
