Job Description
- Core Responsibilities Documentation Management: Oversee the execution of Sale Agreements, Allotment Letters, and registration processes (e.g., Stamp Duty and RERA compliance).
- Payment Collection: Monitor payment schedules, issue demand letters, and follow up with clients/ banks to ensure timely fund disbursement.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Act as the primary point of contact for buyer queries regarding construction updates, floor plans, and modification requests.
- Loan Coordination: Assist clients with the home loan process by coordinating with various banks and providing necessary project documents.
