About the Role

Amuwa Infotech is seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to promote and sell WhatsApp Business API solutions to businesses across India. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, email campaigns, and WhatsApp.
• Sell WhatsApp Business API solutions to SMEs, startups, enterprises, educational institutions, healthcare, retail, and other businesses.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable WhatsApp automation and messaging solutions.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of WhatsApp API.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in CRM.
• Coordinate with the technical and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client implementation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong inside sales, telesales, or business development skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
• Basic understanding of SaaS, WhatsApp Business API, CRM, or cloud-based software solutions is an advantage.
• Comfortable using MS Office, CRM tools, and video conferencing platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, Telecom Sales, or Software Sales will be preferred.
