Job Description

  1. Supervise daily courier operations, including shipment booking and docket entry.
  2. Monitor and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely shipment dispatch and receipt.
  3. Coordinate with field staff and drivers to maintain accuracy in deliveries.
  4. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of shipments.
  5. Handle customer queries and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
  6. Track performance metrics and report operational updates to management.
  7. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
