Job Summary
Sai Quest Properties and Developers is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, assist clients in property buying/selling, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, site visits, references, and online platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of local real estate market and property regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Must possess a professional attitude and customer-oriented approach.
