Job Description

  • Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid ad campaigns
  • Plan ad strategy, targeting, budget allocation, and conversion tracking
  • Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA) and adjust campaigns accordingly
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel and Events for tracking and retargeting
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives
  • Stay updated on Meta ads policies, trends, and algorithm changes
  • Develop and implement organic content strategies for Instagram and Facebook
  • Monitor page insights and improve engagement organically
  • Analyse performance of both paid and organic activities
  • Report insights and suggest improvements to maximise growth
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align paid and organic strategies
