Job SummaryProperty Network is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for sales, telecalling, finance, and other company positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with department managers.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR files.
• Coordinate with accounts/admin for payroll-related information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
• Prepare HR reports and assist management with HR-related tasks.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, BMS, BBA, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing near Khandeshwar, Panvel, Kamothe, or Navi Mumbai.
