Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate should be able to handle job portals, post job vacancies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and hiring process for different departments.
• Manage job portals like Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Post job openings on various hiring platforms and social media.
• Source and shortlist candidates as per company requirements.
• Call candidates and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial HR screening and interviews.
• Coordinate with department managers for interview rounds.
• Maintain candidate database and follow-up records.
• Handle joining formalities and documentation of new employees.
• Send interview reminders and follow-up messages to candidates.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring status.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings.
• Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Experience in handling job portals and bulk hiring.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Real estate recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
• QualificationGraduation in any field.
• HR specialization preferred.
