Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, etc.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
- Schedule interviews with the management team
- Coordinate offers, documentation & joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment records and daily hiring reports
- Achieve monthly hiring targets
