Office Assistant – Order & Packaging Management


Job Summary

Om Sai Pharma/ MM Pharma is looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to manage daily office operations, customer orders, packaging coordination, stock records, and dispatch activities. The candidate should be able to handle office tasks efficiently and support smooth order processing and delivery operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain daily customer orders
  • Prepare invoices, bills, and order records
  • Coordinate packaging of medicines/products properly and safely
  • Check product quantities and maintain stock records
  • Handle dispatch and courier coordination
  • Maintain office files, reports, and documentation
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding orders
  • Ensure timely packaging and delivery of all products
  • Support management in day-to-day office activities
  • Keep office and packaging area organized


Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, billing software)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in pharma/medical distribution preferred
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
