Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Pre-Sales Executive to join our team for a luxury real estate project based in Mumbra. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in real estate pre-sales.
Location: Mumbra, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Explain project details and offerings to potential clients
- Maintain and update customer database
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversion
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in real estate (Pre-Sales preferred)
- Fluent in English communication (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of the Mumbra real estate market
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
