Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Documentation Management: Oversee the execution of Sale Agreements, Allotment Letters, and registration processes (e.g., Stamp Duty and RERA compliance).
Payment Collection: Monitor payment schedules, issue demand letters, and follow up with clients/banks to ensure timely fund disbursement.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Act as the primary point of contact for buyer queries regarding construction updates, floor plans, and modification requests.
Loan Coordination: Assist clients with the home loan process by coordinating with various banks and providing necessary project documents.
Possession & Handover: Manage the final walkthrough, snagging (punch lists).
