About Dhanda AI
Dhanda AI is an AI-powered Google Business Profile management and marketing platform built for Indian SMBs. We help local businesses — clinics, salons, restaurants, retailers — get discovered on Google Maps, grow their online presence, and convert views into real walk-ins. Our managed service plans run from ₹999 to ₹4,999/month, and we serve hundreds of SMBs across India.
Role Summary
You will own the full outbound sales cycle — from first dial to closed subscription. Your job is simple: call SMB owners, show them what they're missing on Google, and convert them into paying Dhanda AI customers. Performance is tracked daily. Numbers are everything here.
Who We Are Looking For
Fluent Hinglish speaker comfortable talking to small business owners across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad. 1–3 years of outbound sales or telecalling experience, preferably in SaaS, edtech, or fintech. Basic familiarity with Google Maps or Google Business Profile is a plus — full training is provided. High call discipline with the ability to sustain 80+ dials per day consistently. CRM experience (LeadSquared or similar) is preferred. We value hunger, learning speed, and activity discipline over domain expertise.
Compensation
Fixed CTC of ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month. Variable incentive of ₹8,000–₹20,000 per month on-target, with no minimum threshold — you earn from your first sale. On-target total earnings range from ₹26,000–₹45,000 per month. An accelerator slab pays 1.5× per sale above 120% of your monthly quota.
Growth Path
Top performers move to Senior Sales Rep within 3–6 months, gaining access to inbound lead queues and mentorship responsibilities. Team Lead roles open at 6–12 months for those who consistently hit quota and demonstrate process ownership. High performers with strong call analytics can also move into Sales Trainer or Process Analyst tracks, working directly with call intelligence data to improve team conversion.
