Job Description

• Taking confirmed order of customer from Sales Exec / Manager

• Updating the work order / fixed plan on daily basis

• Coordinating with Design department to release drawing / BOM

• Co-ordinating with production team for order execution and dispatch date

• Coordinating with customer on order readiness and dispatch

• Be part of daily production review meeting

• Coordinating with transporter for vehicle for dispatch

• Making packing list, invoice and e-way bill

• Mailing dispatch intimation details to customer

• Follow up on payments

• Taking customer feedback quarterly
