*Job Summary:*  

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive *Counselor* to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with highly qualified doctors over the phone, introduce them to IISAMED, our faculty, and course offerings, and guide them throughout their enrollment journey. The primary goal is to provide comprehensive support and encourage doctors to enroll in our specialized courses.

*Key Responsibilities:*  

- Engage with highly qualified doctors through phone calls, introducing them to IISAMED, our faculty, and our range of courses.  

- Clearly explain the benefits of our programs and how they align with the doctors' career goals.  

- Assess doctors' eligibility based on qualifications and guide them in selecting the most suitable course.  

- Address any queries or concerns regarding course content, faculty, fees, and enrollment procedures.  

- Follow up with potential candidates to encourage enrollment and assist them throughout the process.  

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollment progress.  

- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for candidates.  

- Meet and exceed enrollment targets through effective counseling and relationship-building.  

*Training & Work Environment:*  

- One-week comprehensive training will be provided on the institute’s operations, faculty, and courses.  

- This is an *office-based role in Goregaon, near **Dindoshi Metro Station*.  

*Requirements:*  

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with doctors.  

- Previous experience in counseling, sales, or telephonic engagement (preferably in the education or medical field).  

- Basic knowledge of medical or aesthetic fields is an advantage but not mandatory.  

- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for guiding professionals in their career advancement.  

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.  

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
