We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our upcoming destination restro café, The Mill 08, located in Parspe, Panvel.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent guest-handling skills, and the ability to build and manage a motivated hospitality team. We are looking for someone who believes in creating memorable guest experiences and can grow with the brand long-term.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Lead and manage the service team efficiently
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and hospitality standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain discipline, hygiene, and service quality
• Coordinate staff scheduling and daily operations
• Manage inventory and vendor coordination
• Train and motivate team members
• Bring innovative ideas for customer engagement and operations
• Work closely with management during setup and launch phases

Requirements:

• Prior experience as Restaurant Manager / Floor Manager in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality brands
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and busy service hours
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Guest-focused and respectful in approach
• Problem-solving and operational management abilities
• Passion for hospitality and creating experiences
• Immediate joining preferred
