Job Description

🕒 Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests professionally
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
  • Maintain guest satisfaction throughout the stay
  • Support front office operations when required
  • Maintain proper grooming and professional communication
  • Record guest feedback and escalate concerns when necessary 
  • Ability to work rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
