Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with clients, and closing property sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, site visits, and referrals
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Conduct property site visits and presentations
• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of real estate market is a plus
• Graduation preferred (not mandatory depending on experience)
