Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide property/project information.
- Handle customer queries and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with new and existing leads regularly.
- Generate customer interest and explain property details.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer remarks.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Perform all general telecalling and customer follow-up activities.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in building a career in Real Estate.
