Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Agency Channel team. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Insurance Advisors while driving business growth through advisor productivity and customer acquisition.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit quality Insurance Advisors / Financial Consultants.
• Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Generate Life Insurance business through the Agency Channel.
• Conduct joint sales calls and support advisors in closing business.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with advisors and customers.
• Monitor advisor performance and improve productivity.
• Plan and execute recruitment and sales activities.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
• Submit timely reports and maintain accurate business records.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance/BFSI Sales.
• Experience in Agency Channel will be preferred.
• Age: Up to 40 years (may vary as per company policy).
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Local candidate preferred.
