Reporting To: Floor Manager / Outlet Manager



Job Summary

The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for serving customers at the counter, explaining products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth customer service operations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and serve customers at the counter.
  • Explain product details, pricing, and offers to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of counters and display glass.
  • Ensure proper product tagging and display arrangement.
  • Handle packing and product handover properly.
  • Monitor stock availability at the counter.
  • Support customer satisfaction and quick service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and floor staff for product availability.
  • Maintain hygiene and grooming standards.
