Medical Representative (MR)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Doctor & Clinic Engagement

• Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote lab services
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Generate test referrals and increase prescription base

2. Lab Tie-ups & Partnerships

• Identify and onboard new clinics, hospitals, and collection centers
• Negotiate and finalize diagnostic service agreements
• Maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients

3. Franchise Development

• Identify potential franchise partners for lab expansion
• Explain business model, ROI, and operational setup
• Support onboarding and setup of franchise units

4. Business Expansion

• Generate leads for new business opportunities
• Explore new markets and territories
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

5. Code Opening / Account Management

• Open new doctor/clinic codes in the system
• Maintain database of clients and partners
• Track performance and reporting of assigned territory

6. Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities and pricing
• Provide feedback to management for strategy improvement
