Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for generating high-quality leads through various online channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and data analysis to drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and conversion rates
- Manage and grow paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Display, Remarketing)
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to generate organic leads
- Create and optimize landing pages for better conversion
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Generate and nurture leads through email marketing and automation tools
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experiance in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing (lead generation preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools
- Experience with CRM tools
- Understanding of conversion tracking and funnel optimization
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and content understanding

- Number of qualified leads generated
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Conversion rate
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Website traffic & engagement
