Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes to attract qualified talent for the organization.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with department heads
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to assess candidate suitability.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS.
- Negotiation and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Preferred QualitiesPositive attitude and professional behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Team player with problem-solving skills.
