Job Description
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and databases, building a strong talent pool for current and future openings.
- Job Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, qualifications, and success metrics.
- Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and use structured evaluation methods.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, prepare hiring panels, and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
- Offer Management & Negotiation: Craft competitive offers, negotiate salaries and benefits, and manage candidate expectations.
