📢 Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media

📞 Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews

📅 Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

📝 Prepare and release offer letters to selected candidates

🤝 Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding

📊 Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports

🎯 Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines

💼 Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

💸 Incentive: ₹10,000 (As per Performance)
