Job Description

  • Executive – HR, Admin & Operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.
  • Coordinate with employees, clients, vendors, and management for operational requirements.
  • Manage recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee documentation, attendance, leave records, and HR-related administrative work.
  • Maintain office records, files, reports, MIS, and confidential documents.
  • Perform telecalling for candidate coordination, client follow-ups, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and feedback collection.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documentation.
  • Manage office inventory, stationery, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Assist management in planning, execution, and monitoring of business operations.
  • Support sales and marketing teams whenever required.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues and provide administrative support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional workplace discipline.
  • Handle multiple responsibilities as assigned by management based on business requirements.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach in all interactions.
  • Required Skills: Excellent communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Professional attitude with leadership and ownership mindset.
  • Quick learner with willingness to handle cross-functional responsibilities.
  • Preferred CandidateGraduate/Post Graduate (Any Stream).
  • 0–5 years of experience in HR, Administration, Operations, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Office Management.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability may also apply.
