Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder products when needed.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits.
- Issue materials or products to departments or customers.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory and stock reports for management.
Preferred candidate profile
- 10+2, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree (depending on the employer).
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or store operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
