Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Driver Management:Coordinate with drivers for daily trip planning and scheduling
  • Monitor driver attendance, duty timings, and availability
  • Handle driver-related issues, queries, and compliance
  • Data Management:Maintain daily records of vehicle movement, kilometers covered, and trip details
  • Track fuel usage, toll expenses, and route details
  • Maintain driver logs, documents, and performance records
  • Ensure proper documentation of delivery and dispatch reports
  • Operations Monitoring:Track vehicle movement via GPS/phone and ensure timely deliveries
  • Coordinate with clients and drivers for smooth logistics execution
  • Report delays, breakdowns, or operational issues to management
  • Compliance & Reporting:Ensure all driver documents (license, ID, permits) are updated
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management
  • Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies
