🔹 Job Description:We are looking for a senior-level professional to independently manage HR, Operations, Administration, and Business Growth. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on execution.

End-to-end recruitment & HR operations
- Manage daily operations and improve processes
- Handle administration & compliance
- Implement business automation tools (ATS, CRM, WhatsApp API, etc.)

- Team management and performance monitoring
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
- 8–15+ years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership & decision-making skills

- Ability to handle work independently
- Willing to travel across India
