Job Description
Guest Relations: Greet and welcome visitors, determine their needs, and guide or notify the appropriate staff member.
Communications: Answer, screen, and route multi-line phone calls. Take messages and respond to general inquiries via phone or email.
Office Administration: Sort and distribute mail, schedule meeting rooms, and assist with clerical tasks like filing, scanning, and data entry.
Front Desk Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized reception area and monitor inventory of front office supplies.
Security & Access Control: Monitor visitor logs, issue access badges, and follow building safety protocols
