Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Customer Support Executives to handle the onboarding process for delivery partners. The role involves assisting, guiding, and completing onboarding procedures through calls or chats using provided leads and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls or chats for onboarding delivery partners
• Assist candidates with registration and documentation process
• Ensure accurate data entry and profile completion
• Follow defined scripts and compliance guidelines
• Maintain daily productivity and quality benchmarks
• Track progress using real-time dashboard tools
• Coordinate with internal support teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to handle high-volume calling environment
• Prior BPO or telesales experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence
