About the Role

GVF SCHOOL is looking for energetic and confident Telecalling Executives who can communicate with students and parents, explain our online education programs, and guide them through the admission process. The role requires excellent communication skills, regular follow-ups, and maintaining positive relationships with prospective students. Similar education-sector telecalling roles typically focus on student counselling, lead follow-up, and admission support.

Key Responsibilities

Call students and parents from the provided database.

Explain GVF SCHOOL courses, scholarship benefits, and admission process.

Answer admission-related queries professionally.

Follow up with interested students until enrollment is completed.

Maintain daily call reports and lead records.

Coordinate with the admission team for successful student registration.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission goals.

Maintain polite and professional communication with every parent and student.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred)

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is an advantage).

Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers.

Positive attitude and convincing skills.
