🧑‍💼 Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with potential customers, educating them about our solar products and government-backed subsidy programs, and converting leads into sales.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our solar products and services.
• Educate customers about the benefits of rooftop solar installations and the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar energy solutions.
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients via phone.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and interactions in the CRM.
• Provide timely feedback to the sales manager and assist with follow-up strategies.

🎯 Requirements:

• Gender: Female (as per company requirement)
• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferably in any discipline)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi; proficiency in local language will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant phone voice and confident calling style.
• Comfortable with target-driven roles and performance incentives.
• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office & CRM tools).
