Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle counter sales and billing (cash / UPI / card)
- Attend customers, take cake & bakery orders politely
- Pack cakes and bakery items carefully for take-away or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop
- Manage daily sales and basic stock of bakery items
- Assist in small local deliveries when needed
- Open and close the shop responsibly
- Support overall shop operations and help increase sales/profitability
Requirements:
- Experience in retail, bakery, or counter sales preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Honest, responsible, and punctual
- Comfortable managing counter, stock, and occasional deliveries
- Freshers can apply if willing to learn
