Job Description
Excelien Realty is hiring dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives for the automobile sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Attend customer inquiries related to vehicle sales and services.
- Schedule service and sales appointments.
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
- Conduct feedback and satisfaction calls.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any stream.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in automobile/customer service preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
