Job Description

BankU (India) Limited is hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer and retailer queries related to fintech services such as AEPS, DMT, and other banking solutions. The role requires quick issue resolution, communication skills, and basic technical understanding.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls from customers and retailers

  • Resolve issues related to:
  • AEPS transactions
  • DMT (Money Transfer)
  • Recharge, BBPS, and other services
  • Provide accurate information and support to users
  • Escalate unresolved issues to technical or senior teams
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Assist field agents and partners with operational queries
