Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the given leads.

Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedure.

Follow up with interested leads regularly and convert them into admissions.

Maintain call logs and update CRM or Excel sheets daily.

Handle inbound queries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Coordinate with the admission team and report daily/weekly progress.
