Telecaller

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads and inquiries
• Explain courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, Nursing, Pharmacy, and other medical programs
• Provide complete guidance about admission processes in India and abroad
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable colleges/universities
• Handle incoming calls and resolve queries professionally
• Follow up regularly with interested candidates until conversion
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/software
• Coordinate with the counseling team and senior advisors when required
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English understanding preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Confident, polite, and professional behavior on calls
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, data entry)
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling is a plus
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
