Job Description

  • Field Executive – Medical SuppliesDeliver medical and surgical items to hospitals and clinics on time
  • Most work is regular planned delivery and coordination work
  • Sometimes urgent delivery is required (2–3 times in a month)
  • Manage 2–3 deliveries when needed in limited time
  • Talk politely and coordinate with hospital staff, doctors, and purchase team
  • Collect delivery challan, invoice, and receiving signature after every delivery
  • Keep proper record of all deliveries
  • Help in basic billing entry work
  • Handle medical items carefully during transport
  • Use mobile apps like Google Maps and payment apps
  • Follow up for pending payments when required
  • Working Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
