Job Description (JD)

Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Bihar

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Compensation: ₹20,000 per month (Target Oriented) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and local promotions.

• Achieve the set monthly sales target of 10 kW.

• Convert leads into confirmed orders with 100% payment.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Visit customers regularly, conduct site surveys, and explain solar plant benefits.

• Provide complete information about subsidy, loan, and PM Surya Ghar Yojana.

• Ensure strong communication and trust-building.

3. Liaisoning & Coordination

• Work with internal teams for installation, logistics, and approvals.

• Coordinate with banks and electricity officials as required.

4. Operations & Reporting

• Travel within 100 km daily (and 7days a month beyond, as assigned).

• Submit daily reports of visits, leads, and orders.

• Track customer payment collections.

Other Terms

• Probation: 3 months.

• Leave: As per company policy.

• Confidentiality: Salary structure and company information must not be disclosed.

• Non-compliance: Continuous failure to meet targets for 2 months may lead to 

termination.
