📝 Job Overview: We are hiring Loan Executives for field sales and loan conversion activities. Candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer visits, and converting loan enquiries into successful sales. Some leads will also be provided by the company. / 📝 जॉब ओवरव्यू: फील्ड सेल्स और लोन कन्वर्जन कार्य के लिए Loan Executive की भर्ती की जा रही है। उम्मीदवार को लीड जनरेशन, ग्राहक विजिट और लोन enquiries को सेल्स में कन्वर्ट करने की जिम्मेदारी होगी। कुछ लीड कंपनी द्वारा भी प्रदान की जाएंगी।

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits and contacts / फील्ड विजिट और कॉन्टैक्ट्स के माध्यम से लीड जनरेट करना

• Sell all types of loan products / सभी प्रकार के लोन प्रोडक्ट्स की सेल्स करना

• Convert customer enquiries into loan sales / ग्राहक enquiries को लोन सेल्स में कन्वर्ट करना

• Follow up with interested customers / इंटरेस्टेड ग्राहकों के साथ फॉलो-अप करना

• Achieve sales targets and business growth / सेल्स टारगेट और बिजनेस ग्रोथ हासिल करना

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate mandatory / ग्रेजुएट अनिवार्य

• Minimum 6 Months experience required / न्यूनतम 6 महीने का अनुभव आवश्यक

• Basic English communication required / बेसिक इंग्लिश कम्युनिकेशन आवश्यक

• Candidate should be comfortable with field work / उम्मीदवार को फील्ड वर्क में कम्फर्टेबल होना चाहिए
