Role Title

Executive (Field Mobiliser) – Teacher Onboarding (ECCE Program)

Organization

Nalanda Learning System (ECCE Initiative aligned with National Education Policy 2020 India)

Role Purpose

To connect with pre-schools, build relationships with school owners and teachers, and onboard teachers into Nalanda’s structured training programs.

Key Responsibilities

School Outreach

•Visit 5–7 pre-schools daily in assigned cluster

•Build rapport with school owners/principals

•Present Nalanda’s teacher training benefits Teacher Engagement

•Conduct small group orientation sessions

•Explain benefits: certification, career growth, better teaching methods

•Address queries and objections Conversion & Onboarding

•Support teachers in completing registration

•Ensure document submission and batch allocation

•Follow up until training begins Reporting

•Daily reporting via WhatsApp (visits, meetings, conversions)

•Share photos / voice notes from field Key KPIs

•Schools connected per week: 25–30

•Teacher orientations per week: 5–8

•Teacher onboarding per week: 5-10

Ideal Candidate Profile

•Graduate (any discipline)

•Local resident of assigned area

•Fluent in Hindi + local dialect (Bhojpuri/Maithili/Magahi)

•Experience in field work / teaching / NGO preferred Compensation

•Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month

Milestone bonuses

Working Model

•6 days/week (field-based role)

•Daily travel within assigned cluster

•Weekly review with Cluster Lead

Mobiliser → Senior Mobiliser → Cluster Lead → District Manager
