Finance & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Finance & Operations Executive to manage financial records, procurement tracking, inventory coordination, and product lifecycle management for our growing e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities-

Finance & Accounts

• Maintain records of all business expenses and payments.
• Track vendor payments, outstanding dues, and purchase transactions.
• Manage daily cash flow and expense reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries.

Coordinate with accountants for bookkeeping and compliance.

Procurement & Inventory

• Record and track all product purchases.
• Maintain vendor-wise and SKU-wise procurement records.
• Monitor inventory movement and stock availability.
• Ensure accurate inventory reporting and reconciliation.

Operations & Reporting

• Maintain operational dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate with photography, design, listing, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure products move efficiently through each stage of the workflow.
• Identify bottlenecks and follow up with concerned team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic accounting knowledge (Tally experience preferred).
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in e-commerce operations is a plus.
