HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with department heads.
• Coordinate interview rounds and maintain candidate records.

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
• Handle joining formalities and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR database.

3. Attendance & Payroll Support

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data.
• Share payroll inputs with the accounts department.
• Track employee working hours, leave balances, and overtime.

4. Project Management

• Daily Report review.
• Project Task review.
• Client coordination regarding projects.

5. HR Compliance

• Ensure company policies and code of conduct are followed by employees.
• Maintain statutory compliance records as per labor laws.
• Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory documentation (if applicable).
• Maintain compliance related to employee files, agreements, and HR policies.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
• Maintain records for Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption policies, vendor compliance, and employee declarations.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
• Basic understanding of labor law and HR compliance
• MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Email)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills

Timing: 10:00am to 7pm

Working Days: 6

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
